Blaze has wrong time

Very frustrated that my Blaze can't get the time right. After going to Arizona for spring break, my Blaze will not update to Central time zone.

I've tried a multitude of suggestions. Including : Changed the time zone,  synched, and changed back. Lots of syncing changing settings syncing again etc. Ran the battery dead then charged and did sync. Did a firmware update. 

It shows the correct time zone on the app but wrong time on my watch. 

I don't understand why it doesn't show the time that my phone shows.

@T-raci  Try changing it online instead of the app - HERE.  The online dashboard.  Change the timezone then sync.
