My heart rate is often very delayed in coming onto the app. The stats when they eventually come through seem accurate but it's frustrating having to wait (maybe 60% of the time) half a day for the data to graph. I've swiped down on the app to make sure sync-ed!!😡😡

It's great to see you around @Mdarken. Just a few questions, are you talking about the heart rate tile or the graph that opens up at the moment of tapping the heart rate tile? Also, can you please tell me which phone you have?
Hope to hear from you soon.

This is an issue with pulling data down from the Fitbit servers to your phone. As a result, syncing your tracker won't have any impact on the results I'm afraid.

Are you saying that your heartrate on the timelime is shifted? Say you hit your max at 3:00:00 and it says tou hit the max at 3:00:30.
Or is it a case that the data doesnt show until after a sync, yhe fitbit server needs to process the data, yhen drops the data into your Fitbit account. Now the app is able to update its dashboard.
You might be asking about Live Data on the app, this is when your app is used as a remote display of tour tracket, but no data will sync, and no delays.

For the last few months I've had this same issue with a delay of HR history data in the mobile app for both the Charge HR and Charge 2. It's currently 11 pm but my HR graph for today only goes until 8 am. It is extremely annoying. I won't be able to see the rest of today's data until tomorrow.

I've noticed the same thing many times. It doesn't show on the graph but if I drag my finger across the screen - it does actually show me the heart rate stats. I find that shutting down the app (double click on my iPhone and swiping up on the app) and then re-launching the app seems to fix it.
