a nightmare experience so far with blaze. repeatedly tried to sync it with no success. feel like giving up as it is so onerous . followed all the guidance, using windows 10 , installed , uninstalled . it is shown as paired and also synced but still nothing but the logo on the tracker. keeps saying needs updating but when i do it says tracker cannot be located. tried again form scratch but says blaze already synced !!!!

Hi there @davidwasley. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having issues updating your tracker 😕
Do you see a notification on the app/computer saying that you need to update your tracker? If so, tap on it for the update to go through. If not, are you still seeing only the Fitbit logo on the tracker itself? I can recommend tapping on your tracker to go to the tracker's settings, select the option to remove it and set it up again. If the update was missing, this should take care of it. It usually takes a while to update so give it some time.
If you're having issues setting up your tracker again, try to restart it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to set it up again.
Let me know how it goes!
