Blaze heart rate stopped working

My Blaze heart rate is no longer working. I have checked all settings on my phone and the watch and all the settings are correct. I have rebooted the watch (left & lower right button), reinstalled the watch on my phone, the green lights are flashing and still nothing. 

The watch tracks my steps, floors etc. but not heart rate. The firmware is up to date. 

Please advise.

i should also add that the green lights never go off. even when setting heart rate to 'off'. i even rebooted and they went off during reboot then came on again.  the thing is clearly broken

Hello! I recently bought a used Fitbit Blaze and everything works perfectly except for the heart rate tracker. I have tried resetting it on my phone, manually and everything in between, but nothing has worked. The green light is still working and flashing but there is no HR indicated. What are some steps for getting this solved? I’ve tried everything.

I've been having problems with HR on my Blaze. It started off as just showing -- on my watch, green light working properly, and not syncing data to my app (that also meant no sleeping track). I talked to support and there no help.

After turning the tracker off an on, rebooting it, forgetting the device on my account a million times (not even joking, I did this process at least 5 times a day for the past 4 days), now the HR is showing on my watch, and sleep has been tracked this past night. But nothing on my app or on that "Today"screen on the watch.

Before any moderator comes suggesting: everything is up to date, I tried everything suggested

I'm about to run this watch over with my car out of frustration.

No heart rate so no sleep patterns  tried everything with resetting. 
held the buttons for 12 seconds and that also didn work very frustrating

I switched to Garmin. Far superior and lasts for a month in a charge.

I did try shutting down and rebooting. Still no-go. Please let me know if anything could be done.
