Blaze inaccurate

Hi

I received my Fitbit Blaze yesterday and have set it up with my iPhone with no problems,  however it seems to be extremely inaccurate

by 9am this moring i had 'done' 4,000 Steps. burned 968 Calories and done a 2hour workout (i did 30mins)

 

please help ive waited a long time to purchase this and have been really excited about it!!

It's great to see you around @Lisadraper1983. If you think that your tracker is being inaccurate, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Keep in mind that your calories, steps, etc., are measured by the information you put on your Dashboard. To double check this information, you can do the following from a computer:

 

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Personal info

3. Edit your information

4. Sync
