I have a FitBit Blaze that I bought about 18 months ago. It was running wonderfully and sync'd to my windows 7 professional desk top. For one reason or another I stopped using it 6 or so months ago, but now I want to get it up and running again. The blaze is working fine. I pulled up my fitbit profile and dash board on my desk top, but they will not sync. At the top of the Fitbit dashboard in a green band it says "You haven't synced lately" with a red button next to it. It does nothing. I click on "need help". that takes me to a page that basically tells all about syncing but give little help. It tells you to "try the following troubleshooting steps" To which there are not "trouble shooting" anything on the page. So listen this sounds like a blue tooth communication issue. I have went through all the settings, person and device issue buttons on the dashboard/fitbit site and I can not find anything where it tells you how to reconnect the fitbit to my computer. If you would be so kind to provide me with a clear link that gives me instruction on how to get the two devices communicating again I would appreciate it.

BTW my blaze device is visible in the upper right hand corner and can be clicked on. I just can not figure how to make them talk to one another.

@Mslacat you mention Windows 7, this means that Fitbit connect must be used to sync.. I would go to http://www.fitbit.com/serup and download and install the latest software. You then will use Connect to sync the tracker. There is no sync button on the web page.
