Blaze is WAY off in calorie count the last few days

Right, so, I am unsure of what to do here. Ever since Saturday, my Blaze is now way off in calorie count estimating. Yesterday, I gave my wrist a break and didn't wear it AT ALL. However, it still thinks I burned 8800 calories! Today I'm already past 4,500 and haven't broken 5,000 steps. I'm thinking it may be because of the rain storm I was caught in for a few minutes, but I've showered with it before, so not sure why this is happening. Help?

Great to see you in the Community Forums @rwhennings3! 🙂

It sounds  very strange that your tracker is counting that many calories and even more if you're not wearing your tracker sometimes. I would say, check your personal settings and make sure that nothing has changed as your weight, height or age for example. After checking this, you can try to restart your tracker to see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Keep an eye on it for the next days and let me know if you still need help with this!

I checked all of my info and it seemed right, and then reset my Blaze. I'll check in tomorrow to see how it is going. Thanks! Smiley Happy

I validated my settings and rebooted my Blaze as recommended but now my Calories are being counted without being worn. The Steps show Zero, Calories read 1,091, Stairs read Zero, the miles read 0.01mi, and Minutes read Zero. At this point I don't know what to do.
