My Fitbit is frozen and wont show time or nothing just blue dots any info to fix this I cant do anything and it makes me so upset I love my Fitbit but cant do anything with it

Yes I just dont know what to do to get it to work right again. I haven't
heard anything back yet but yes thank you for reaching out to me I just
really really like my fitbit and cant use it now so its frustrating.
