Blaze is not accurate

I have a Blaze and a Zip, when I walk the Blaze is not accurate with the number of steps or mileage that I walk. When I wear both, my Blaze synchs well with my Zip but I don't always want to wear both. I'm not sure what to do.

Hey there, @Cseg! Welcome aboard! I hope you don't mind that I've moved your post to the correct board so that we keep it more organized.Man Wink

Why do you feel your Blaze is not giving you accurate mileage? Could you provide me more details of this case and screenshots if possible. I would recommend you to wear your Zip for all day step counting and the blaze for workouts. Also wearing both tracker at the same time is not recommended as this may result in inaccurate readings, since the more overlapping data that exists on your account, the more likely it is that your dashboard's accuracy will suffer.  If you're interested in wearing more than one tracker at once so you can compare their data, you can do so by creating a separate account for each tracker.

Keep me posted! Robot wink

Solange, dozens of users (more ?) have been reporting accuracy problems with Steps/Distance for MONTHS here.....not sure why you are acting surprised she is having a problem, regardless of how many devices she is wearing.

Is a software fix coming....or not ??

Thousands of users are reporting no problems with distance and accuracy.  I think a moderator needs to ask for specifics from the user to try and gauge if settings might be an issue.  There is NO software fix coming in regards to correcting distance problems.
