Blaze is not charging

My Blaze was new May 10,2016. I have had it in the charger for 12 hours and it will not charge. It is in and lined up the correct way. Do you know what might be wrong? I've tried everything to get it to charge. Please help.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
