Blaze is not responding

My fit bit blaze will work while it’s on charge. It will let me swipe on it and everything and says fully charged. Connects to my app fine and synced fine. When I open the charger to get it out it completely shuts off and is completely unresponsive. I held down the left and bottom right button over and over but still does not respond. My warranty is up. Someone help! 😩

So i got an ionic after this because nothing fixed my blaze. Now? Same exact issue with the ionic. Update it and it's useless.....I cannot believe it happened again. You've lost a customer and promoter for life.
