mine does the same constantly. it rarely syncs. i just keep trying for days until it does. sucks running around with a device that has the wrong time and loses data but...idk, fitbit still seems to have the market share of these types of products. /shrug
Best AnswerMine's the same, although it's been this way since I got it 2 weeks ago. Finally managed to get it to sync today after it failed to do so for the past 3 days, but no luck since. I've been through their instructions and rebooted the watch/phone, toggled bluetooth on and off, reinstalled the app and unpaired/paired the watch, doesn't make any difference. I've tried it via USB on the Windows app and got the same results. Nothing seems to work like it should
I attempted to change the clock face earlier, which didn't work for some reason, so now I can't even use it to tell the time. It just says 'Clock error' where the clock used to be.
Complete waste of money. I'd never get another nor recommend them to anyone
