My Fitbit run out of battery a few days ago and since then it shows an incorrect date and time. I tried syncing it, both with my phone and computer, but it just won't sync. I unpaired it from my phone in an attempt to pair them again but it keeps saying 'connecting' for hours and the screen won't load. I don't know what to do anymore, I can't pair them again and my blaze shows a completely incorrect date and time.

It's a known issue with the Blaze that if the battery runs out the time will need resetting. This can only be done via a sync so once you get the syncing issue sorted the time should sort itself out.
I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

The same thing happened to me, you need to sync it with your device.
