I had it on last night fell asleep and forgot to put it in the charging pod. Now this morning its not coming on. My blaze works in the charging pod. It says the battery is full I t synchronize with my phone but as soon as I take it out the charging pod ot doesn't come on. Even the heart sensors light at the back doesn't come on. Why did this happened? Please help me fix my fitbit blaze. Walking and climbing steps is useless without it. I literally do activities to impress my fitbit so I really need it fixed. Thank you

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Ninajet. I'll be glad to give you a hand with your Fitbit Blaze inquiry.

Thanks for posting the steps that you've tried with your Blaze, I'm not sure why it is not responding when you take it out of the charging cable; but, we can try a couple of steps to make it work again.

I'd suggest to clean the contacts of your Blaze and charging cable. These contacts can become obstructed by microscopic dirt or debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this may damage the plating and result in corrosion.

How are you charging your Fitbit? We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge it, and only use the charging cable that came with your tracker. After charging your Fitbit Blaze, please try to restart it.

Let's give it a try and please keep me posted.
