Why is my blaze steps go up even if I just move my arm and not even walked I think it's to sensitive even if I pick up a cup of coffee the counter goes up so it's not given me a true figure of my steps can any one help ......only hadit 2 days

Hi, @Kevinburgess41, if you find your wrist worn Fitbit is giving you too many false "hand steps" the best advice is ideally to wear it on your NON dominant hand.
Also, whichever hand you wear it on set the app to say you are wearing it on your DOMINANT hand. So, for example, if you are right handed, ideally wear it on your left hand, but tell the program you wear it on your right hand and you are right handed.
Telling the program you are wearing it on your dominant hand will make it less sensitive to hand movements and should mean you will get fewer false steps from moving your hand.
