Blaze isn't auto tracking my sleep properly

hi.  my blaze is recording my sleep - eg it shows going to sleep at 1am and waking up at 7am but the data on screen says 2hrs 16 minutes...it is showing the same for each of the last few days,

 

not sure if re-setting will help.  could it be the sleep settings?

Great to see you here @paul_macready. If your tracker is not registering correctly your sleep, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. Also, make sure that you are wearing your tracker in a comfortable way in order to obtain a better reading.
