Blaze isn't charging

Currently I have my Blaze in the charger sock but the battery icon isn’t moving and staying red. So I need a new charger or is it likely to be the tracker itself? It's 2.5 years old?

TIA

•Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the back of the tracker as well as the contacts on the sock? There could be a build up of dirt and oil from your wrist blocking the connection.

•Check the contact posts on the sock to make sure they aren’t bent or broken.

•If you know anyone who has a Blaze, you could try their charger to see if it works. If it does, then you’ll know to replace the charger.

•If your Blaze has been your constant companion for that 2.5 years and all else fails it could just be worn out and need replacing.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. I’ll try cleaning now but I THINK it may be time to replace!

Also check the contacts on the blaze, if like mine you see black dot(s) in the center of the gold contact they are worn out and beyond repair. Mine was constant wear for 2.5 years worn them out.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friends worked? Were you able to charge your tracker?

Hi yes I’ve been able to charge the tracker today. Set it up at a different plug so the charger was angled slightly differently and it’s worked. I think it’s mane the charger is loose?

Thanks for all the input guys ✌🏻
