Currently I have my Blaze in the charger sock but the battery icon isn’t moving and staying red. So I need a new charger or is it likely to be the tracker itself? It's 2.5 years old?
TIA

•Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the back of the tracker as well as the contacts on the sock? There could be a build up of dirt and oil from your wrist blocking the connection.
•Check the contact posts on the sock to make sure they aren’t bent or broken.
•If you know anyone who has a Blaze, you could try their charger to see if it works. If it does, then you’ll know to replace the charger.
•If your Blaze has been your constant companion for that 2.5 years and all else fails it could just be worn out and need replacing.
Good Luck!

Also check the contacts on the blaze, if like mine you see black dot(s) in the center of the gold contact they are worn out and beyond repair. Mine was constant wear for 2.5 years worn them out.
