Blaze isn't charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hey all,

My Blaze is showing a single red flashing battery bar when plugged into a charger but not then charging (tried 3 chargers) and battery showing as full in app. Even on a charger I cannot access anything apart from home screen and can only hard reset in the charger as you can't navigate through the menus. It's basically pretty useless. (yes, it has had multiple hard resets since the problem started).

Any help or suggestions gladly received before.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offered a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

My Fitbit Blaze is not charging.

I have put the blaze in the charger and put for charging in the manner, I have been doing for 2 years., but of no result. I wonder if my charger has gone out of order.  If not please  advise  me.

Hey @Mahindermehta, it's great to welcome you.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this, if your Blaze isn't charging I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't my battery charging? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know how it goes. Robot Happy

I have the same issue - shows full battery when in the charger as soon as you take it out it goes red and then screen goes black.

I have been talking to support and got no suggestions as to what to do to fix it. They said it would be replaced under warranty BUT because this one was replaced already from a previous faulty Charge HR (and original purchase date counts as the start of the warranty) then TOUGH.

Why would you buy another Fitbit product when clearly there are issues with battery life on them? - This is the 3rd one we have had problems with
