Blaze isn't syncing

It hasn't synced for 2 days now. I know it must be because I got a new phone, but I've don't everything I can think of to get it to work.

It tracks absolutely fine, it just doesn't sync. Even after reset, shutdown, disabling Bluetooth, force closing app... 

Any suggestions?

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't have a link to the fitbit in the bluetooth settings. If it does then delete it as it may be blocking connection to your new phone.

I have managed to sort it now thanks! I unpaired the device completely,
then tried pairing again, which didn't work. So I reset it, closed
everything down and tried pairing again and now it's syncing again. Thanks!
