I have synced my Blaze a couple times & it resumed tracking, but after several weeks it did not track last week. I have a back injury right now so my walking has been limited & I am not that concerned about the dashboard at the moment. If syncing is something that must be done weekly, however, I think that should be noted in the directions for use.

If you are having issues transferring your information from your Blaze to your Dashboard, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article and follow the instructions provide there.
