Blaze isn't syncing

So I've read a few post's and every single help page that has been posted about this issue.

Do not and I repeat do not tell me to re-start, un-install, reset, un-pair, turn off Bluetooth for once device or all devices or any of that stuff. I have done everything.

The Blaze no longer syncs via Bluetooth, my iPhone 6 plus is no longer picking it up. I used the Bluetooth Fitbit dongle to try and sync it with my Mac and nothing! I've had my Blaze less than 7 month's, I've looked after it, it's still counting step's and heat rate and all that jazz. The Blaze is working it just not longer sync's with my phone or Mac.

What is going on because I'm this close to losing it. I'm dyslexic so I really struggle with reading and understanding tech stuff. I am sat here in tears, my anxiety is thru the roof and I feel so absolutely stupid and thick because I can't work out what I'm doing wrong, if it is me, I mean it must be something I've done right if everything I've read thru and tried hasn't worked it's got to me my fault? I just don't know what to do. I feel so stupid.

EDIT: - I installed the Fitbit app on my brothers Samsung Galaxy Note and attempted to pair it with that and no joy either, nor on my Mum's iPhone 6 which is new this month so It HAS to be an issue with the tracker it's self, but it was working just fine yesterday?

EDIT:-  OK so due to sheer frustration and tears I left the house to go for a walk, halfway thru it I thought ok, let's see if it'll work now that I'm out of the house, you never know. Guess what ....

yup, you guessed it.

Suddenly it's working again. it's syncing fine with the phone and app etc, etc!

So, what I want to know is this, what on earth was that all about Blaze? Seriously, what the dickens!

It's great to see you around @captainpixie.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and am glad to hear that your tracker is syncing again. Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your watch, and in the case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

Keep the stepping up! Robot Happy

My blaze is doing the same thing, except this is the second time it has happened, the first time gave it some time, powered off my blaze and it starting syncing again but only for a month and right back to the same problem it won't sync very very frustrating and upsetting...

My Blaze is doing this too as well as not holding a charge. Basically, if I want to sync, I have to restart my Blaze EVERY TIME! What gives? It was working fine and then about a month or so ago it stopped syncing and the battery only lasts for about 24 hours. It's only about a year and a half old. I would hope that a watch this expensive would have a linger life than this.

If it does this again I'll contact support. I spent allot of money on this and it's early 7 months old so I don't expect to be experiencing and issues, I've taken care of it religiously, for the amount spent on it I expect it to last allot longer than 7 months to a year.

My Mum's blaze has also started to have issues with holding a charge. she's had her's less time than mine and we've been thru all the settings etc and turned off everything and what not. will try a few more things before contacting support first thou!
