Blaze just stopped working

I was on a run yesterday evening, FitBit was fully charged, heart monitor still flashing but the screen now doesn't display anything and it's no longer counting steps etc when I check the app (which has been updated). Anyone that can advise me on what to do/reset??

A warm welcome to the Community @Lissyva. If you haven't tried the restart process, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
