Hi, I am having trouble with my Blaze locking up or screen shutting down. A reset has brought it back, but this should not happen every week.

- When you mentioned it's shutting down, what are you getting? Is the data resetting to 0?
- Is the display not working when you mentioned locking up?
- Does this happen the same day every week?
- What exactly happens every week?

Does the screen go black? Mine did this last night for the first time and I am really confused as to why it happened.

I either get a blank screen and am unable to get to see anything until a reset. Or the today screen and the fitbit is locked up till a reset.
The data seems to stay but then sometimes I'll have to reset my fitbit and phone (sansung s6) to get the time to sync again as it seems to hold the time of the failure.
This all happens at random times and days. Nothing specific.
