- When you mentioned it's shutting down, what are you getting? Is the data resetting to 0?
- Is the display not working when you mentioned locking up?
- Does this happen the same day every week?
- What exactly happens every week?

I either get a blank screen and am unable to get to see anything until a reset. Or the today screen and the fitbit is locked up till a reset.
The data seems to stay but then sometimes I'll have to reset my fitbit and phone (sansung s6) to get the time to sync again as it seems to hold the time of the failure.
This all happens at random times and days. Nothing specific.
