I am still getting persistent vibration alerts after I have answered or made a phone call. Very off putting and needs to be sorted

Hi there @Mattyjr, thanks for stopping by and bringing this to my attention.

I'd recommend to restart your Blaze by pressing and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

If your device keeps vibrating when you're making a call or answering it, I'd suggest setting up the notifications again. Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.

  1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
  2. Find an option to forget the device.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I have followed all instructions. I got my phone to forget this device. I remove my blaze completely. From the App and started again as if it was a new device. All to no effect

I'm having the same issues...and I'm not receiving any text messages anymore. This issue started with iOS13 update. How have you guys still not fixed this? It's been a few weeks...tried restarting...re-syncing etc. Nothing works.

My Blaze keeps vibrating after answering or making call.  I have done everything that has been suggested and still doing it.  I see they are working on it but how long can it take.  It is very annoying and frustrating.  Please get it fixed or I will be buying Apple Watch.

They’ve been working on this issue since ios13 came out. They still haven’t fixed all the issues. I don’t get a single text notification on my watch anymore. I’m about to sell it on eBay and move on to another smart watch. This is getting ridiculous, and Fitbit obviously doesn’t care, otherwise they’d have fixed this a month ago.

I've had same problem with my watch since I updated my iPhone last week.  I have gone to Apple to have phone checked and had software issue. I have had phone updated but issue is still continuing.  I have reset 3 times and made sure all updates are there.  It is now getting really annoying!! Please try and get this sorted as soon as possible.

I join with all the people here who have the same complaint! I have tried EVERYTHING Fitbit recommends on their community threads EVERWHERE!! I have a Fitbit blaze version 8.40 2.1 with firmware 17.8.402.1 on a iPhone XS Max with IOS 13.2 and FitBit App v 3.9.
NOTHING is Fixing this issue (which began when  iOS13 released in September) My FitBit Blaze vibrates  even after answering the call, and vibrates when someone picks up a call that I make (telling me I have an OUTGOING call)! I must rely on my Blaze to notify me of calls due to my necessity to leaving my phone on vibrate.  Over a month to fix this seems like more than adequate time. If it’s not fixed soon, I’m sadly, (like a lot of others) getting rid of my Fitbit, after 8 years with FitBit! 😢 It’s ABOVE annoying and it’s more than once made me want to throw my watch across the room!!

I just got off the phone with Fitbit concerning this issue.  The only fix they have are the five troubleshooting steps listed.  However, they will send you a 40% discount code for the Versa Lite.  The catch is the code is only good for the bright colors.  You can only receive a 25% discount on the other colors.  The 40% code will also apply to the Ionic watches.   I like my Blaze and would prefer to have it working instead of upgrading.  I have not upgraded to an apple watch because I did like the Blaze's features now I guess I will look into switching to Apple Watch.   I wish the discount would apply to all colors on the Versa.  It is like they are trying to reduce inventory of the two colors no one wants.

Amazing to think that they only give a 40% discount. 🤦‍:male_sign: I guess I’ll be
switching as well. I’m sick of my watch vibrating during a call, even
though I already picked up. It takes like five clicks to make it stop. So
annoying.

I’m ok with the discount I just think it should be applicable to any Versa.  That’s what makes me frustrated.  The two colors that are 40% off aren’t something I can where anywhere but the gym.  Definitely not a professional look.  I sure don’t want to put the money into the Ionic- it would be almost $100.00 more.  If I’m going to do that then I will just look at all my options in smart watches.

Same thing here!

It only stops vibrating if I press the left button twice after answering the phone.

On top of the constant vibrating I have now lost my entire screen. The lights on the back still flash but it won't sync to my phone and it won't show if it's charging or not.

I'm on the phone with them now, they said they will let tech support know and contact me once it's been resolved. It's been almost two months? They can't offer any upgrade or anything. Fitbit is ridiculous with how they're handling this. I'm done with them and switching to another company. Not to mention lowering my feedback rating I've left on Amazon and other sites.
