It's great to see you around @joegnsx.

If your tracker's buttons isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

I tried—no left button—everything else works, but….not as usable without the left button

Thanks for the update @joegnsx. I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offered a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Support team did not help—Blaze has issues according to blogs

Not sure how this shows as success—you did nothing—I agree with several others, 18 months life is terrible for a product at this price—for me it’s junk—never mistreated, blogs show it has issues and you don’t fix them—only offer 25% off a replacement—absurd
