Blaze lights up when I change positions in sleep...

I have quick view turned off, so that isn't the problem. It lights up every time I move and then keeps me awake. I want to continue tracking my sleep, but I don't know if I can unless a "do not disturb" option is available that I'm not aware of where I can make sure it isn't doing that during a certain time. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Do you have the the brightness setting on your watch set to Max?   Try changing it to DIM.  Hopefully that will do the trick.

Oh thanks! I didn't notice there were options for that! It was on "auto" which I'm assuming is brighter in a darker room. I'll try it on dim tonight and see if it helps. Thanks again!

Rre you turning Quick View off on the tracker itself, or tye app followed by a sync.

With quickview off, a button push or a tap on the screen is needed to turn the light.

Quick view is off on both the watch itself and the app 😞 ughhh... and dimming the screen didn't help either! Could it have something to do with the fact that it's waterproofed? It turns on on its own.
