The time on my blaze is slowly but steadily falling behind on the time and won't sync.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Kjblack_6! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with the time not keeping correctly and your tracker not syncing but I'll be happy to help you with this!

Syncing your tracker is super important for it to keep the correct time, that's how it works. Now, if you're having problems with it syncing, that would be the reason why time is not correct.

The first thing I can suggest would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to make your tracker to sync to your app and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!

Hello - my fit bit blaze is only a few months old. Tried using the left and right buttons and synching and it has lost 15 mins behind. Any suggestions?

Every time my battery gets low, I start to lose time. But if I charge my battery, power down and restart my Fitbit and refresh my app the time usually comes back.  Hope that helps!
