Blaze lost steps

I was walking to dinner and I had 23,800 steps then I lost 17,000 steps and now it is down to 6,000 steps.  I have no idea what caused this.  I did not change the time zone, I have checked it.  I would like all those steps back, and it still says my active minutes for the day (120 minutes)

Do you have more than one tracker? There was an issue with steps vanishing if you had more than 1 Fitbit.

Welcome to the Community @MelanieRC and @macgurlnet thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you manually logged the activity walking or running? Since manually logging these activity might take away some of your steps.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
