I have an active job as a chef and am always in between running around and stood in a spot cooking.
I got my Blaze to show my activity through the day and it is massively over counting my steps (I did 1.000 when I was stood cooking) as I am using my upper body and arms a lot.
I used the pedometer on my iPhone yesterday to compare and worked out that Blaze over counted my steps by 7,000! I have done all the syncing to change my dominant wrist etc., and have tried wearing it on my non dominant hand but nothing is changing. I really want to love this product but its is so inaccurate and would love some suggestions before I take it back to the shop.
Thank you!

A warm welcome to the Community @KateBristol.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Your tracker will detect some steps depending on the arm movement. Since you are moving your arms a lot, you can try to put your Blaze inside a pocket and see if your information is more accurate.
Let me know the outcome.
