I recently rode from London to Cambridge, which was 60 miles. I set up my Blaze and paused it when we took pit stops. At my last sighting it got to 57 miles, however, when I stopped at the end of the ride, you would have thought it would have updated on my Dashboard. Sadly, my Dashboard only recorded 1.91 miles, how can this be? Am so annoyed. In future, I will resort to using my trusted Endomondo app instead of the watch. Not impressed at all, feeling very short changed as also tried to manually put in the miles to no avail.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Leslynjj.
I am sorry to hear that your Blaze didn't record your miles correctly. You mentioned that you are selecting the activity directly from the Blaze, have you tried to use SmartTrack? If you haven't, I recommend trying this, your information will be recorded automatically.
Also, if the issue is directly with syncing, follow the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. If the issue persists, provide me with a screenshot.
Let me know the outcome.
