Blaze missing steps

I gave up my Alta and got the blaze and I am so disappointed!! It’s missing steps all the time walked 2 mile and clocked 1000 steps Alta clocked more than that! I watch it as I’m walking around and sometimes the numbers don’t budge! Fitbit sent me a replacement and still same I took 50 steps yesterday and 22 were counted!! What’s going on!?!? It cost a lot of money all for this to happen in so unhappy

Welcome to the Community @Soph5588!  I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're having with your Blaze. Each tracker should register your data based in the personal information you have in your Dashboard. I would like you to double check this article How accurate are Fitbit devices?. 

 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- How many steps are you getting each day since you got your Blaze?

- Does it stops working at some point while you're walking? 

- Have you compared your data just with the days you've used your Blaze?
