Blaze monitor loose in chrome frame

Hi

I bought a Blaze today and have noticed the monitor moves up and down alot within the chrome frame. Is this normal?

Mine doesn't seem loose at all. Are the buttons working ok? If they are then I guess there's not a problem but if they are not working then I would look to exchange it.
