Blaze nit syncing

I have a blaze and my phone is a lg stylo2. My phone and blaze were fine together until last night. I tried to sync it and it wouldn't. The last sync was 7:43 p.m. I have tried over and over and nothing happens. It has even stopped buzzing to remind me to get moving. Is anyone else having issues?

Your phone isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so problem may happen. However, if it was syncing ok then it should be able to sync now.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

It had been syncing it took longer because it wasn't on the list but it
worked. It did sync after me turning the Bluetooth off and back on after a
while.
