For the past 2 weeks, my Blaze has not been syncing with my Fitbit App & I have to "forget this blaze" then set the device back up through the app at least every other day. It's also not tracking like it used to. Anyone else experiencing this? Any remedies?

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, as well for the steps that you've tried to get it syncing. There are some factors that may prevent your device from syncing, and so I can further investigate, please let me know your phone's model as well the OS version.
In the meantime, if you've not done so, I'd suggest to try restarting your Blaze and rebooting your phone before syncing with the Fitbit app. Also, make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
