Hi all, hope someone can help. I have had my Blaze since November 2017 so I fear I am out of warranty, but I just cant seem to get it to work and its so frustrating.
For a few months it has been malfunctioning and behaving strangely, now it appears that the buttons do not work.
When I plug it in to my PC, the PC makes a sound as if to recognise the fitbit, but then immediately another sound as if it has been ejected. The clock face on the blaze is very briefly shown then the screen goes black. When the clockface shows, the battery icon is green as if to show there is plenty of battery.
On removing it from the charger, none of the buttons bring the blaze to life, so i cannot check the data, battery status etc etc. I removed it from my account this week, and tried to add it again to establish the link again but was unsuccessful.
Without the ability to reset the device directly as anyone got any ideas for how to sort this out, or is it a faulty device?
