I just upgraded from the fitbit Flex (which I loved) to the Blaze, because my friend said it was light years beyond the Flex. I even talked my husband into letting me get him one for Father's day. It wont track my steps accurately. I'm so frustrated!!! I paid $400.00 for 2 Blazes and neither will track steps accuratly. I walked over 15,000.00 steps and the Blaze only tracked 2500. Friday I lost the work week challenge because if this. I'm getting ready to send them both back and just stick with my Flex!

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community!

2500 steps out of 15000 is not okay at all. I can recommend restarting the tracker  by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together for 10-12 seconds and your trackers will restart. After this, try it out and see if it works any better now.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this!

Check that the app is up to date.

Go to your phones BT setting and unpare the Blaze, don't worry about the Blaze Classic, is this what you did, or did you remove it through the app??

If it still doesn't work continue below.

@SunsetRunner you have restarted. He tracker, let's restart the phone, actually do a complete power down.. This will accomplish in one step the many little things to try.

Now try and sync.

Still not let's delete the app and install fresh.

I am having the same problem. Restarted my tracker with no results. It seems like I have to take about 50 steps to get credit for 5.

Hey there @Tmader1550! Good to see you around! 🙂

If you've already tried to restart your tracker and it doesn't seem to be more accurate at tracking steps, I can recommend getting in touch with the Support Team for them to take a look and provide further help.
