I have placed my Blaze in the charging cradle but it is not charging. the only thing on the screen in the Fitbit logo. I have tried using different plugs and also USB ports. My App cannot find the Fitbit and there are no green lights on the back of the Blaze.

It's great to see you around @supaxton and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
If you are having problems charging your tracker, I recommend cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit Blaze, since over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

My thinking is that if you only see the Fitbit Logo, then the tracker has not started up correctly.
I agree, make sure there is a good connection and try the reset procedure at least 3 times. Of course the reset can not be done while in its charger
