I can't seem to get the fit but to charge am I doing something wrong

I've got a question for you, is this Blaze new to you, or has the charger ever worked? 

What are you trying to charge through, a computer, laptop, or the wall unit to charge a phone? 

Some laptops and computers stop chatting when they go asleep? 

Is the Blaze in the charger correctly.?

Does anything happen if you press slightly down on the display of the Blazz? 

Try cleaning the contacts with q-tip, or a small piece of paper and alcohol.
