Blaze will not sync or show correct time

Blaze won't sync or show correct time after I had similar problem with charge hr..you had two chances and failed both times I'm done with Fitbit...so frustrated with this device.

If you'd like to give it one more try before giving up on fitbit you could try restarting your Blaze using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

It's recommended to try this at least 3 times.

Also restart the phone and through the phones BT settings, remove the Blaze.. Note don't remove from the app. 

If none of the above work, then shut down both the phone and the Blaze. 

If you have had the Blaze sync through a second device, make they are 30 feet away or turn the other BT off while trying to get the sync working.
