Blaze not charging

Bought new Blaze. Put in charge box, but no sign of the battery level. Looks like doesn't work.

Is it showing anything on the screen when you push the button? I would expect to see a setup message but it will not show any charging indicator or battery level until the setup is complete.

It shows just setup message. Nothing else. React to nothing.

ok. It won't show or do anything else until the setup is complete. Once you've given it a charge for an hour or so go through the setup using this help file as a guide.
