My Blaze is clicked into the charger but the picture of the battery does not come up. Just started having this issue. Very frustrated. 😕

You will not see anything until its set up. Leave in the charger for 2 hours and then set it up using these instructions

I am having the same problem. It has been on the charger for a few hours and still not displaying anything. When I try to sync with the app, it just says “looking”.

Hello, I had similar trouble, I charging my device always using the power adapter( like cellphone power adapter) by wall outlet and 3 days ago my device stopped charger and Now only get charger using Computer USB port and the battery life its better than charging by wall outlet.
