Fitbit won’t turn on

My Fitbit says it’s charged but I cant turn it on. It stays on in the charger but when back as a watch it doesn’t come on. I have also tried to reset it.

please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. Please confirm you are doing the following to restart your trackers:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Tried that multiple times.... it's dead. Seems to sync and boot in the charger dock but completely dead when removed therefrom.

@PJHeath I would like to know if you have get in touch with our support team, have they offer you a solution for this? @Cassmonkey, please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions and @veronicabit have you tried the instructions in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at it and follow the steps provided.

Support Team offered me 50% off a different Fitbit of my choice or a Blaze replacement. They said the reset log had shown some errors but were unable to offer a solution. I'm considering my options, but not likely to replace the Blaze (the reliability of which I now doubt).
