Blaze not charging

My new Blaze received today all set up and update and will not charge at all. Tried 3 different plugs and into pc and will not charge. No indication on screen or battery symbol. Reset twice any ideas not good first impressions

Mine did the same thing. Yesterday. Cannot get it to work. This is my second one. They won’t replace it again. I’m done with Fitbit. On to something else!!!

Hello, yes annoying ... the only I did was call and got it replaced they send you out the device by itself... one thing I try to do is connect the device daily with the app... this seems to help. It has happened to me twice ... annoying I know. Mike

@coffeyshop859 are you using your phones charging brick to charge your blaze. not a laptop. If the Blaze has become completely dead the phone charger might take 4-6 hours before any life is seen in the blaze. I'm saying this from experience not logic.

I am using my socket in the bathroom as I was having problems when
connected to PC -
no problems now - working fine. Thank you.

I have tried 3 chargers (2 are mine and 1 is a co-workers) and still nothing.  It gets hot, but it doesn't charge and the green lights are not flashing. It last synced on May 12.  I have had the watch for 13 months (April 2017).

I am having the same issue and since not charged can’t reboot. The blaze read as fully charged last night and had no charge within 8 hours.

I have had this problem now on and off for about 2 months I have done a hard reset and also tried different sockets and cradles as borrowed a friend's still not charging 

What can I do .

I called the company and they sent me a new one. How long have you had it?

About 2 years I have emailed them before and they haven't offered anything
but now it has definately give up the ghost so to speak

I had the same problem and after changing to another socket it worked fine, but now I am also having a problem it seems to recharge ok but the time is incorrect.  I will keep working on my problem hope you can correct your problem.  Be sure to clean the contacts on the charger and on the watch.

I corrected my charging problem but after charging it the last time my time
is incorrect. I feel it may also be due to the charger, will keep
re-charging again.
What causes the time to be wrong?

I sent mine back they replaced it. It seems that running the battery
completely dead causes this. A situation that probably missed quality
control testing. If you are unable to send it back as its past warranty I'd
get the new charge 3 its waterproof and the battery lasts upto 7 days. 2
key improvements the later of which hopefully due new battery technology
solving charging issues.
