I have put my Fitbit Blaze in to charge but nothing happens. All I have on the front is the Fitbit logo. I have tried restarting it but the logo just flashes, there are no green lights on the back. My app also cannot find the Fitbit.

How ridiculous FitBit that you do not do something about the Charge not charging. Mine has been charged three times today and now gone dead again with all features practically turned off. Lights on back are not even flashing. To continually purchase a fitbit every 2 years is not cost effective and prices are not reasonable. Time to go to another brand as obviously FitBit is not doing anything about these issues! What a shame but this is my third purchase.
Charging recommended using the computer even to charge which I did to no avail. I use the original charging wires and having same problem as others so it is a defect! FitBit you should be replacing them not giving 25% off.

i was out of home for a week and forget to carry my blaze charger. After i returned , it was completely discharged and dead for last three days.I kept it in charger for few hiurs but it is not teviving.

Yes, many problems occurred after 1 year. No vibration, no heart rate and no charging now. Of course no service after 1 year. Hopefully it's getting better.

I had the same problem with my blaze. For the last 6 month, the charging been problematic. Finally, it went completely dead from not being charged. The charger would not do anything no matter what I did. What worked for me is in the last paragraph.
This is how I figured what worked for me. I put a voltage meter on the charger and noted the two end pins were providing 5 volts dc. I than used the meter on the ohm’s scale and put the leads on the trackers two end pins for two minutes. I was looking to see if the tracker would take a charge from the meter and it was. When I put the meter to the dc voltage scale - it showed that my voltage had gone up higher (from .19 v to .57 v) from the first voltage check I did. From this I was able to determine my charger was good and my battery was taking a charge and my pins looked good and they had been cleaned. I thought perhaps the two inner pins were causing a communication problem so it would not charge. So decided to block the two inner pins from communicating in any way. And this is what worked for me:
Take a very small slice of scotch tape - enough to just cover the two inner pins on the tracker. Now put the tracker into the charger. Within ten seconds my blaze tracker came on. I let it charging for two minutes and than took the tape off the tracker. I than put the tracker back into the charger and it’s had no problem charging since.

Thanks cj1502! Your fix was perfect. Had been dead for weeks with nothing working. I tried cleaning the pins multiple times...I tried the reset with the two buttons...but nothing worked. But I tried your suggestion and it was up and running in seconds. It's now fully charged and I've got my tracker back. Thanks again!

So my Blaze has this issue. It's definitely on it's way out, but at 2.5 years in use, I guess it's time. Anyhow the contacts on mine looked like the ones in Naonat's picture. I was able to limp mine along by adding some dots of solder to the contacts with a soldering iron, effectively bridging the holes in the gold plating to the edges. We'll see how long it lasts, but for tonight, the glorious battery icon rides again!

My blaze finally failed to turn on. I replaced the battery and it still failed to turn on. I opened the watch and started to look at each of the 3 ribbon cable tabs using a magnify glass. I found the largest tab to have corrosion at one end. Note the picture... If I had known this before I would have taken 90% or 99% isopropyl with a Q tip and tried to clean this area a year ago when I started to have charging issues ( perhaps with one wire from the battery disconnected and covered with tape). Now, its actually too damaged to clean or repair. Upon further investigation, I found that the original battery still had 3.5 volts. The new battery has 3.7 volts and still does. But this voltage is not on any of the four circular contacts inside the watch. I assume I should get a voltage reading on the 2 end contacts as I do get from the charger. It reads 5 volts. My suggestion is, before replacing a battery to check for corrosion and try to clean asap.

I have had the same problem and same lack of suitable response from Fitbit. Clearly there are reliability issues that they are not prepared to recognise. I even complained to their CEO but it did not even merit a reply!
