So frustrated! My Fitbit Blaze was charging last night and now it is not charged. The unit will not even charge while in the charger. I tried resetting it and that did not work. I also cleaned it and got nothing. I called for help only to find out I am 30 past my 1 year and there is nothing you can do besides giving me 25% off a new unit. Your product should not be failing after 13 months of use!

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't charging, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. It's great to hear that you contacted support and that were offered a discount for a next Fitbit. If you are interested in using that discount, I recommend taking a look at this page, where you will be able to compare all the trackers. Maybe there is one that meet your needs.
