My Blaze of a year and a half is not charging. A fitBit rep just told me that it is a faulty battery but they will not do anything but offer me a 25% discount on a NEW one. This is not right. As I can see from this thread this is obviously a product issue and faulty battery. A 200$ plus watch should last more than a year and a half. FITBIT, do the right thing for your customers!!
