Why is it that you cannot find friends, even when sending them an email invite or adding them to your phone contacts and your friend list only shows people who dont have a fitbit??!?!?!! What on earth is going on??? Major flaw\issue

Let me help you figure out what is going on. I apologize for the delay in my response.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you where is it that you are using Fitbit. Is it on a phone or a computer? If the former, what phone are you using? Knowing that could shed some light into what could be happening.
