Blaze not charging

Hi, my blaze has a blank screen.  It is  not getting charged. I have tried restarting , the Fitbit logo appears but then it goes blank again. I even left it for charging. It shows low charge but does not get charged .

I have a 3 year old Blaze that will not hold a charge.  Once  has been completed its normally down to zero within a hour without doing any activity.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not holding a charge for too long. 

 

Before considering other options, if this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

 

Also, you can try performing the restart procedure as described here

Hi, I have tried all suggestion to extend battery life and to recharge my blaze. Unfortunately it remains with the same issue.
The device still will not hold charge for more than hour or so.
