I got a fitbit blaze a few days ago.
love the face of it but its not counting all my steps!!! I have done tests, counting 100 steps myself then checking blaze and it has only registered around the 70 mark.
I have tested indoors, outdoors all over the place.
I am so upset, its showing my usual walking track as 1km shorter than i know it is, and steps significantly less. When i do the exact same walking as i did with my charge HR and woudl hit 10k steps easily, my blaze tells me ive done 6km max.
Does anyone know if i can return this to my local jbhifi that i bought it from?
i am just so disappointed in this product.

Welcome to the Forums @computron9000. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze being inaccurate? If you do, I recommend Restarting your tracker and after the restart process, test it one more time. If you see that it continues inaccurate, feel free to contact our Support Team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
