Hi my fit bit is not counting all my steps. I have tried switching off and on and it’s still not working. I purchased this last January and don’t want to spend any more money due to length of time I have had this. Please advise

I will gladly assist you with your Blaze not counting steps. Could you add more information about this issue? Where and when is it not counting steps? Are you doing an specific activity or is it during the day? Has this happened before? On which wrist are you wearing your Blaze (dominant or non-dominant)?

I am having the same issue. I have done the step test by walking and counting 100 steps and it will work after I restart it for a little while then stop counting again.
